Gorkin & Light Blaster

Gorkin & his Light Blaster were created for a story I made for school. Gorkin was once a pacifistic alien living on a jungle planet, but his planet was destroyed, leaving him stranded on Earth's sun. Thankfully, his species adapts well to extreme environments, & he adopted his current form to absorb solar energy & convert it into water, providing him with sustenance & hydration. Growing up, he grew curious of Earth, & his eye enhanced to the point that he could see its surface from the sun. After studying it for long enough, he learned to build his own spaceship, & used his mass-energy conversion to create the Light Blaster. This allowed him to make his way to Earth, where he could finally meet other living beings.
